The Enchanted Turkey

A random flight was booked from an email I received, thanks @scottscheapflights, during Thanksgiving dinner with the family. 5 months later, the journey began. 15 hours worth of flight time, I finally landed. First stop: Cappadocia

Cappadocia. 360° of jaw dropping view, I was breathless. Without any travel plan, Cappadocia was the perfect city for a first time visitor. From hot air balloons ride to the city tours, all of them are VERY ORGANIZED. On the last sunset, I met a fella wanderer (Elle) wondering around on the top of the hill. We watched sunset at Cappadocia together, and happened to have the same itinerary. Next stop, Istanbul!

Istanbul is as just beautiful as Cappadocia, if not more! The people, the food, the Grand Bazaar maze, the very rich history, the mosques, the sunsets, and the sunrises. Thanks to bloggers, I was able to do my last minute itinerary. Solo day, walked around to the furthest part as of Istanbul as it will take me, and got lost multiple times. Second and third day, Elle and I wandered the street of Istanbul: Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Turkish Hamam, Bosphorous cruise, and Tulip Festival.
